A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
Iterable has put its people first since day one.
When I became CEO, one of the first things that I told the team was that trust isn’t conferred by a title, it’s earned every day. Iterable has put its people first since day one, long before I showed up, and I have no intention of being the guy who changes that.
If you join us, you’ll have the team and tools you need to do great work. And if something is getting in the way of that, I want to know. We’ve got plenty of Iterators who love to tell it straight, and I’m always happy to add more.
One of our values is Run as One: honest debate, a lot of follow‑through, and big visions that come to life. We have each other’s backs and we have fun.
We move fast. Directionally accurate beats perfectly analyzed any day. I’d rather fix a decision than spend months making it. Sometimes we get it wrong, so we’ll own it and keep going. AI is a big part of that speed. Not everyone arrives an expert, but everyone gets the tools and support to become one.
I don’t care for culture that just sounds nice on a slide. I want one that leads to work you’re proud of, and a way of working you’re proud of too. None of that happens without the heart and hustle of this team.
Our values: Run as One, Be an Owner, Transparency, and Growth Mindset
They’re the standards we expect, the behaviors we model, and the lens through which we make every decision. We’re a community, from our customers to our partners and every “Iterator” on our team, all united by these values as we chase real, measurable success together.
One of the ways we enable inclusion is through our Affinity Groups, which are employee-created and managed groups of people sharing a common purpose, community or interest. These groups create space for employees to develop relationships, share experiences, voice concerns, solve problems and plan events and activities promoting their community and professional growth.
We believe our company succeeds when our communities—locally and globally—succeed alongside us. That’s why we strive to operate sustainably, responsibly, and with environmental awareness, while using our platform to inspire other companies to do the same. In partnership with our employees and customers, we work to drive meaningful social impact, including hosting a quarterly Community Impact Day where our teams dedicate time to volunteer in their communities.
