BrainRocket, a global tech company, is seeking a Lead Flutter Developer for an on-site role in Lisbon. Relocation support is provided. You will lead the mobile team, maintain the app portfolio, and guide architectural direction to meet business and technical goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mobile development with Flutter, strong Dart skills, and experience releasing apps to production. Excellent leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter required).
• Flutter apps released in production (App Store/Google Play).
• Strong knowledge of Dart and async programming (Streams, RxDart).
• Experience leading a development team or senior role with team responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring goals are met.
• Maintain current app portfolio and move toward a new architecture.
• Improve team processes: planning, grooming, technical discussions, estimations.
• Review code regularly and coach team members.
• Make architectural decisions aligned with business and tech needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and new ideas across the team.
