BrainRocket is seeking a Lead Flutter Developer for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will lead the mobile development team, own the app portfolio, and drive architectural evolution. Remote work is not available, and relocation support is provided if needed.

We require 5+ years in mobile development with Flutter and strong Dart skills, plus a track record of production Flutter apps. Expect a collaborative environment, opportunities for impact, and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of mobile app development experience with Flutter (must).
• Android and/or iOS experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on Flutter experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, especially async programming.
• At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).
• Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth operations and goal achievement.
• Own maintenance of current app portfolio and drive migration toward a new architecture.
• Improve team processes: planning, grooming, technical discussions, estimations.
• Review code regularly and coach team members to grow.
• Make architectural decisions aligned with business and tech needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
