Alten Delivery Centre Spain is recruiting a Lead Embedded Software Engineer in Lisbon to own and evolve the software platform across multiple product lines. You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with hardware, mechanical and test teams, and shape software frameworks for rugged, high‑reliability devices.

The role requires deep C/C++ expertise, strong Linux/Yocto experience, and hands‑on debugging with JTAG/GDB.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with Yocto Project and embedded Linux distributions.
• Strong debugging and hardware bring‑up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the embedded software platform across multiple products.
• Define system architecture and influence product design from concept to production.
• Lead cross‑functional teams with hardware, mechanical and test colleagues.
• Ensure code quality with unit tests, reviews and design documents.
