IT House is seeking a Lead Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to directly join the end client in a hybrid setup in Porto. You will lead development, review code, and enforce coding standards while aligning with architectural guidelines. Strong CRM and Azure experience are essential.

The role offers direct integration into the end client's organization, with hybrid work in Porto, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance for you and your family.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Several years of professional CRM development experience.
• Extensive Dynamics 365 and Dataverse expertise.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and Azure services.
• Understanding of scalable enterprise application design.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of C# plugins and custom extensions;
• Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards;
• Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines;
• Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by the architecture and platform strategy;
