The role involves architecting solutions, programming in various languages, and mentoring a backend team. Candidates must possess strong algorithm skills and experience in software development for Linux/Unix. Qualificações

• Experience in leading and developing a backend team by recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
• Confident knowledge of any programming languages: Go/Java/Kotlin/C++/Python/Scala.
• Excellent algorithmic training.

Responsabilidades

• Come up with architecture.
• Provide fault tolerance for coded services in an AWS environment.
• Manage and mentor a backend team of 3–6 developers.
