Job summary

Wise Pirates is seeking an innovative AR/VR & Immersive Experience Developer to join our R&D and creative technology team. You will build next-generation immersive applications, blending physical and digital worlds across marketing, entertainment, training, and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR/VR, deep experience with Unity or Unreal, and hands-on work with AR/VR SDKs. You will prototype, optimize, and deliver engaging experiences with a strong emphasis on user

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in AR/VR development with a portfolio of immersive projects.
Proficient in Unity 3D (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++), and capable of shipping interactive experiences.
Hands-on with AR/VR SDKs (AR Foundation, ARCore/ARKit/OpenXR/Oculus/SteamVR).
Strong 3D math knowledge and ability to optimize performance across devices.
Experience with Git or other version control in a team setting.

Responsibilities

AR/VR Application Development for platforms (Quest, Pico, Vive, HoloLens, mobile AR).
Master Unity or Unreal to build immersive environments and interfaces.
Iterate rapidly from concept to deployment with prototyping.
Develop spatial computing features (gesture control, spatial mapping).
Optimize assets and effects for real-time rendering and low latency.
Design intuitive UI/UX for AR/VR contexts and ensure user comfort.
Integrate assets from artists and designers into AR/VR apps.
Experiment with emerging tech and interaction paradigms.
Collaborate with AI/ML, marketing, and product teams to broaden solutions.
