EliteHire in Funchal, Madeira, is seeking a Land Surveyor Technician to support construction projects by performing field surveys, recording topography and boundaries, and preparing maps and reports for engineers and architects.

You will operate total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners, collaborate with design teams, ensure compliance with local codes, and communicate findings to clients. This role requires outdoors work and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor or Land Surveyor Technician.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant computer programs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain types.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Land Surveyor Technician

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month without accommodation. In addition, we offer opportunities for professional development through training programs.
