Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
• Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software for mapping and data analysis.
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate distances, angles and areas.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS total stations and laser scanners
• Record measurements and data accurately using surveying tools and computer software
• Analyze data to create detailed maps charts and reports for various projects
• Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land
