CoreStruct Solutions in Funchal, Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to conduct surveys and measurements of land to determine boundaries and locations for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment, plus excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include conducting surveys with total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners; measuring distances, angles, and elevations; creating maps

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in land surveying
• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, laser scanners)
• Strong surveying knowledge and data interpretation
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail
• Good client communication skills

Location Funchal Portugal We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal Portugal As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land to determine boundaries locations and other essential information for construction projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Conduct surveys of land using various surveying techniques and equipment
• Measure distances angles elevations and other important data
• Create maps and plots of land using survey data
• Analyze survey data to determine boundaries and property lines
• Prepare reports and documentation of survey findings
• Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and present survey results

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
• Proficiency with surveying equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and laser scanners
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
• Good communication skills for client interactions
