Oasis Wellness Oman in Braga is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to conduct field surveys, establish property boundaries, topography and related mapping data for construction and civil projects.

The role requires using GPS, total stations and laser scanners, drafting accurate maps with CAD/Civil 3D, analyzing data, coordinating with engineers, and maintaining safety and documentation on site.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Land Surveyor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software for mapping and drafting.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Braga As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for construction engineering and mapping projects

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries topography and other important features
• Use specialized equipment such as GPS total stations and laser scanners to collect accurate data
• Analyze survey data to create maps charts and reports for clients
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on job sites
• Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain organized files
• Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and equipment
• Proficient in using CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field
• Professional Land Surveyor PLS certification
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
