SeaLink is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor in Braga, Portugal to conduct site surveys, analyze data, and produce reports and maps using CAD tools. The role requires strong mathematical skills and effective communication with clients and project teams.

You will work with GPS, total stations, and laser scanners, ensuring safety on site and adherence to project timelines. Visa sponsorship and accommodations are provided where applicable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor.
• Proficient in CAD software and data analysis.

As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out the physical features of land and properties Your main duties will include conducting site surveys analyzing data preparing reports and maps and communicating with clients and project managers You will also be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys using various equipment such as GPS receivers total stations and laser scanners
• Collect and analyze data on land features boundaries and topography
• Prepare detailed reports and maps using computer-aided design CAD software
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
• Work closely with project managers to ensure surveys are completed within budget and timeline
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on site
• Stay updated on industry standards new technology and regulations related to land surveying
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers architects and construction workers when needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques equipment and software CAD
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Proficient in mathematics trigonometry geometry and statistics
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for accurately collecting data and creating reports
