We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative full‑time Laboratory Analyst to assist us in analyzing data from fermentation processes, with a strong technical background mainly in High‑Performance Liquid Chromatography to perform routine and advanced analyses. The successful candidate will be responsible for method development, validation, equipment maintenance, and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, validate, and optimize HPLC methods tailored to various sample matrices and project needs.
  • Operate and maintain HPLC systems to ensure efficient, reliable analytical performance.
  • Prepare samples, calibration curves, and system suitability tests in adherence to established procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with instruments, performing regular preventive maintenance and calibration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain compliance with internal SOPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in HPLC operations, method development, and data interpretation within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with validation protocols and method optimization.
  • Solid understanding of laboratory practices, including sample preparation, instrument troubleshooting, and data integrity.
  • Experience in Downstream Processing (DSP) is a bonus, particularly regarding sample purification, formulation, or related processing techniques.
  • Proficiency or hands‑on experience with LC‑MS, GC and NMR as additional analytical techniques is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
