Nokia seeks a strategic Head of Lab IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery to shape critical lab IT services across networks, compute, and cloud. You will define service levels for Labs and drive a roadmap aligning with R&D, Engineering and Security, ensuring cost efficiency and mature service delivery.

You will lead governance, architecture, and program delivery across datacenters, labs, fab and factory environments, delivering resilient, compliant IT services for business needs.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in data center or lab infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, SLAs, and 24x7 support.
• Experience leading multi-site infrastructure programs and teams.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, cybersecurity, and asset management.
• Proven ability to align IT services with engineering and business priorities.
• Proficient with capacity planning tools and monitoring platforms.

• Strategic planning for Lab IT infrastructure services and capacity.
• Define and deliver Lab IT service levels and SLAs.
• Governance for datacenter, lab, fab, and mission-critical infra.
• Lead complex datacenter and labs transformation projects.
• Oversee operational excellence, monitoring, and 24x7 support.
• Drive cost efficiency, standardization, and service maturity.
• Coordinate with R&D, Security, and Digital Office stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and safety compliance.
