Nokia is seeking a Head of Lab IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery to shape critical IT services across engineering, R&D and laboratories. You will define service levels, create a strategic roadmap from network to cloud, and align with security, operations and capacity needs.

You will transform people, processes, tools, governance and operating models to deliver Lab IT services with strong performance, resilience and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance and secure operations across global

Qualificações

• 10 years’ experience in data center operations, lab infrastructure, factory IT operations, or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, SLA delivery, operating models, escalation processes, and 24x7 support.
• Experience managing solid-line and dotted-line resources across technical operations and service delivery.
• Familiarity with safety, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, asset-management, and monitoring standards.
• Proven success leading complex infrastructure, service transformation and operational improvements.
• Proficiency with capacity planning tools, asset-management solutions, monitoring platforms, ServiceNow, and financial systems.
• Leadership and stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams and senior partners.

Responsabilidades

• Define Lab IT infrastructure architecture and service strategy for lab networks and compute services.
• Define, agree and deliver SLAs for Labs in alignment with business needs and roadmaps.
• Lead governance for datacenters, manufacturing, lab, fab, and mission-critical infra.
• Ensure lab environments meet security, compliance, and operational blueprints.
• Set up design and operating frameworks for high-density compute, network, resiliency and monitoring.
• Lead complex datacenter and lab projects, modernization and service improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations and business stakeholders for integrated delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, standardization and service maturity.
• Establish incident response readiness and 24x7 support coverage for IT labs.
