Amgen Inc. (IR) in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an L&P Future of Field Associate to join the Learning and Development Capability Team and help design, deliver, and adopt Future of Field capabilities.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements for AI-powered learning tools, workflows, and Power BI apps. You will collaborate with product owners, field teams, and DevOps to build dashboards, automate processes, and validate AI features, ensuring value and adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Learning and Development, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital product delivery, business analysis, learning and development, technology consulting, data analytics, software development, or a related role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
• Experience supporting the testing, validation, documentation, and delivery of digital products or technology solutions.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Future of Field capabilities and digital learning solutions.
• Test, validate, and document AI features, automated workflows, Power BI applications, and other digital tools to ensure they meet business needs and deliver value.
• Support demonstrations and showcases of MyGenius and other digital capabilities to stakeholders.
• Research emerging AI, automation, analytics, and learning technologies and contribute to Proofs of Concept.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Future of Field use cases, translating needs into clear functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, L&D colleagues, field-facing teams, and technical teams to support design and delivery of solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI applications, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for informed decision-making.
• Support process automation and data integration to improve efficiency, user experience, and insights.
• Create and maintain functional designs, process flows, system interface diagrams, and technical specifications.

**L&P Future of Field Associate****LIVE****WHAT YOU WILL DO**The **L&P Future of Field Associate** will join the **Learning and Development Capability Team**, supporting the development, delivery, and adoption of **Future of Field capabilities**. This role will help enable field-facing teams through innovative learning, digital, and AI-powered solutions that strengthen capability building, improve access to insights, and support more effective customer engagement.Working closely with Learning and Development colleagues, business stakeholders, product owners, and the DevOps team, the L&P Future of Field Associate will identify business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. The role will support the design, development, testing, validation, and documentation of solutions including AI-powered tools, workflow automations, data integrations, and Power BI applications.**Let’s do this.
