GRiT Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer or SRE to join our fast-growing tech team. The role focuses on building reliable, scalable infrastructure and promoting best practices across development and delivery teams.

You will work hands-on with Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring high availability and secure deployments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage.
• Hands-on GitOps with ArgoCD and/or FluxCD.
• Experience with Helm and Kustomize.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Gitea CI).
• Good knowledge of Docker and Linux environments.
• Scripting skills using Bash, Python and/or Go.
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience supporting reliable, highly available infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and delivery teams.
