• Advise on M&A processes and manage the Group's corporate organization.
• Monitor public procurement processes and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance, GDPR data protection management, and regulatory adherence.
• Prepare complaints, statements, and requests for official entities; manage litigation and institutional relations.
