Empa-T is seeking a Junior Business Manager in Mafra to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the growth of our consulting business. This role focuses on IT and technology, partnering with clients and consultants to deliver value and growth.

You will engage with both national and international clients, identify opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to propose appropriate solutions and services.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Sales, or similar roles
• Interest in the IT and technology sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented profile
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Organised and proactive mindset
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Availability to work onsite in Mafra

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify new business opportunities within the IT and technology market
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and services
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify the right professionals for each opportunity
• Follow and support consultants throughout their project lifecycle
• Participate in client meetings, commercial negotiations, and proposal preparation
• Contribute to the growth of the company's client portfolio
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Support the development and positioning of the Empa-T brand in the market
