A beverage company in Setúbal is seeking a Planning Support role to assist in stock management and ensure product availability. The candidate will follow-up on daily product availability, analyze sales forecasts, and anticipate inventory risks. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with MS Office is essential.

Qualificações

• Maximum of 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

Purpose:

To Support the Coca Cola Europacific Partner's Plannification team, through metodologies of Planning and Stock Management, ensuring the product availability in short-term (3 weeks). Within the purpose of this job, also comes the tasks of identifying and anticipating any risks that might envolve the granted service levels by CCEP, mantaining the service costs appropriately and the otimization of our network under control.

Main Responsabilities:

• Follow-up of daily product availability;
• Follow-up of sales forecast deviation;
• Anticipate risks of stock and keep priorities aligned with strategy and business;
• Optimize the network plan, keeping stocks within targets and activation plan if needed;
• Analysis and reporting;

Requirements:

• Maximum of 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain;
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Engineering or Management areas;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, that provide good ways of communicating to internal stakeholders;
• Analitic capabilities and strong time management skill;
• MS Office solid experience (excel);
• Independent level of English and Spanish as a second language (B1-B2).
