Inetum, a leader in SAP solutions, is hiring in Lisbon or Porto for an SAP support role focused on accounting processes. You will be the first point of contact for users, handle tickets, perform basic checks, and escalate more complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

The role requires experience in accounting and familiarity with SAP FI is a plus. Strong communication and an ability to work in an international environment, with French and English skills, are essential.

Formación

• Experience in accounting or financial processes.
• Experience with SAP is a plus, especially SAP FI.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand user issues and escalate appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and review user tickets.
• Check that tickets have required information.
• Contact the user for additional details.
• Perform basic checks and first-level troubleshooting.
• Solve simple issues using existing procedures and documentation.
• Categorize and prioritize tickets correctly.
• Route complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Keep tickets updated and follow up.
• Assist users with clear communication.
• Contribute to knowledge documentation.
