We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Process Specialist (Aerospace) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have accomplish mechanical engineer school/ industrial. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Location: Setubal or Grandola, Portugal

What the job involves

• Define detailed guidelines on what needs to be audited and the quality standards to be applied
• Maintain our quality management system by recording incidents, changes and improvements
• Carry out audits of our systems based (EN9100)
• Determine quality measures for all manufacturing procedures
• Monitor the entire process cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
• Identify the cause of technical problems and recommend modifications
• Write reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
• Review current plans and quality documents
• Define and monitor quality assurance targets (e.g. reduce average processing time for quality checks by 20%)
• Coordinate external QA auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
• Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by improving process quality

Requirements
