Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Project Manager Officer (PMO) for maternity leave coverage. You will operate at the intersection of high-level project management and daily operational steering, supporting global teams and coordinating tracking structures.

Your focus will be on tool data integrity, documentation standards, and continuous improvement of project systems, with collaboration across Planisware, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, and other platforms.

Qualificações

• University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
• Excellent communication skills with an organized, proactive mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Project Tool & Status Tracking: Maintain and update tracking tools (Planisware, Jira/Confluence, Track & Release).
• Document Management & Integrity: Organize SharePoint/Docupedia for international stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement (CIP): Drive improvements to PMO processes and templates.
