Qualificações

• Junior profile with initial experience in IT operations, production, or system integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident and problem management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN, including CMDB updates, documentation, and management.
• Manage incidents and problems following ITIL v4 best practices.
• Guarantee business continuity and service availability.
• Perform scheduled interventions and automate deployment processes.
• Support solution delivery in coordination with Project Managers and ScrumOps teams.
