SecureLine in Faro, Portugal is hiring an entry-level Mason to join our construction team. You will work on sites laying bricks, stones and other materials to build walls, floors and patios. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided.

No prior experience is required; we welcome applicants of all nationalities and will assist with obtaining a work visa if needed. Read blueprints, prepare surfaces, use hand and power tools, and lay bricks as part of a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read technical drawings or plans.
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced masons.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints or specifications to determine the layout and materials needed for each project.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them before starting the construction process.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut shape and polish materials.
• Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bond materials together.
• Lay bricks or stones in a specific pattern to create walls or foundations.
• Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy and proper alignment of structures.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
