PPOAR in Almada, Portugal is seeking a motivated Junior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team. You will develop and maintain high-quality JAVA applications aligned with our goals and standards.

As a Junior developer you will design, test, and integrate components, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. English fluency is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Good knowledge of core JAVA concepts such as data structures, algorithms, multithreading, etc.
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
