We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Finisher to join our dynamic team in Almada Portugal As a Junior Finisher you will be responsible for applying finishes to various surfaces such as wood metal and plastic using techniques such as sanding staining painting or varnishing Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding filling holes and cracks and repairing any imperfections
• Select and mix paints or stains to achieve desired color or finish
• Apply finishes using brushes spray guns rollers or other tools
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished surfaces for defects and making necessary touch-ups
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for finishing tasks
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of various finishing techniques such as sanding staining painting and varnishing
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing finishes accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month with visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates
