BaseForce in Faro, Portugal is seeking a skilled Finisher Supervisor to lead a team of finishers and ensure high-quality results on site. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, review work, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in finishing roles within construction or manufacturing, strong leadership, blueprint-reading ability, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years experience as a finisher in construction or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Description

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Finisher Supervisor to join our team in Faro. Our company specializes in manufacturing high-quality finishes for various projects. As a Finisher Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of finishers to ensure the timely completion of projects with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of finishers to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Train new finishers on techniques and procedures for achieving high-quality finishes
• Monitor the quality of work being performed to ensure it meets company standards
• Work closely with project managers to plan and schedule projects according to client needs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper application of finishes and address any issues that may arise
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for each project and coordinate with purchasing department for restocking when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a finisher in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in supervising and managing a team
• Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques, materials and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.

• However we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates
