Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a highly ambitious Junior Executive to join a fast-paced, international team. You will own your projects across three markets, driving results and shaping our growth with strategic planning, execution, and a hands-on mindset.

Regular travel to different locations and extended stays will be required as you collaborate with our teams and founders. Fluency in English and an EU work permit are essential to thrive in this role.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

Start date and Travel

This role will cover all threemarkets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands‑on with the teams in the different locations.
