ADM is seeking a logistics-focused professional in Portugal to support the Warehouse & Stocks team during the M3 ERP implementation. You will ensure efficient stock management, coordinate procurement, and maintain compliance with company procedures in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include daily stock activities, warehouse operations, supplier communications, and data management on the shop floor, contributing to continuous improvement throughout the ERP deployment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or relevant training in a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous.
• Knowledge of stock management and warehouse processes preferred.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems is a plus.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives during the M3 implementation.

Job Purpose

Support the Warehouse & Stocks team during the implementation of the M3 ERP system by ensuring efficient stock management, warehouse operations, and procurement coordination while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant training in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain functions is considered a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of stock management and warehouse processes is preferred.
• Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support process changes during system implementation.
