Join us in making a difference! In this role, you will support the implementation of corporate policies while promoting safety, health, and quality in our wind farms. You will communicate any safety or quality risks immediately, ensuring a proactive approach to challenges. Manage essential support for technicians regarding PPE, clothing, vehicles, and tools, and prepare for safe operations in daily tasks. Regular safety checks will be part of your routine, and you will gather necessary information for accident investigations. You will maintain constant communication with clients about the status of the wind farm, focusing on any halted wind turbine generators (WTGs), and contribute to maintenance activities across the turbines and parks.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will assist in all activities related to wind turbines, including tools, documentation, materials, and training for team members.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain an updated overview of each wind turbine’s status for effective project management.
  • Manage incidents in Windhub, addressing any malfunctions promptly.
  • Monitor site conditions and address unplanned incidents in wind farms, providing high-level support to resolve issues.
What You Bring
  • A passion for renewable energy and a strong sense of the importance of leading change.
  • Commitment, initiative, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
  • Minimum education in Electrotechnics/Industrial Electromechanics at level IV and , professional experience in a wind farm is a plus.
  • Leadership and team management skills, along with conflict management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility, with a strong knowledge of Office tools and SAP.
  • Proficiency in languages, especially English, will be valued.
