Metyis in Porto is seeking a Junior Project Manager with 0-3 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team at the Digital Campus, contributing to innovative projects with global impact. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives in our client’s digital transformation program (TWIN) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, IT, and vendors.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and visualization skills; able to engage effectively with the client’s team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support senior project managers.
• Eager to learn and develop problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of business processes in the fashion or consumer goods industry, particularly in operations and supply chain management, is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives within our client’s digital transformation program (TWIN) and other business operations projects, contributing to the development of a tech-driven value chain.
• Collaborate on process changes and system implementation & integration under the guidance of experienced project managers.
• Apply and expand relevant project management tools and methods.
• Act as a supporting interface between various business areas, internal IT, and external software vendors to help implement system-specific requirements.
• Participate in engagement and change activities to support initiative success both internally and with our supply chain partners globally.
• Assist in identifying and managing project-related risks to ensure adherence to timelines and business objectives.
