WealthGuard USA in Almada, Portugal is seeking a Junior Developer to join on a contract basis and gain hands-on experience in software development. You will work alongside senior developers to learn on the job and contribute to real projects.

This role is ideal for someone new to the field, with a Bachelor’s degree or current pursuing in Computer Science, and a willingness to grow in Java, Python or C++. Strong English communication is essential, with Portuguese as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
