A prominent consulting firm in Lisbon seeks a Junior Data Scientist to join their Data & AI team. The successful candidate will engage in the entire lifecycle of data initiatives, from design to deployment. Responsibilities include creating scalable ML models to address complex business issues. Candidates should possess a BSc or MSc in a technical field and be fluent in both English and Portuguese. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative data solutions.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in a technical field is required.
• Exposure to developing ML models.
• Knowledge of ML/DL/Gen-AI libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL is necessary.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be part of our Data & AI team, contributing to the full lifecycle of data and AI initiatives, from ideation and design to development and deployment. You will help build intelligent, scalable solutions that address complex business problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

• Work with large-scale, versatile and complex real-world data to help producing innovative algorithms and new types of AI/ML models
• Design and develop Machine Learning models and algorithms tailored to business challenges

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Exposure to developing and implementing ML models
• Knowledge with ML/DL/Gen-AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras, OpenAI)
• Familiarity understanding of Python and SQL
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
