Job summary

Impacting.Digital Consulting seeks a driven Junior Data Analyst & Automation Operations to join our team in Portugal. You will help automate processes, clean and transform data, and build insightful Power BI reports for diverse clients.

You’ll work with Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL and Python, benefit from remote work, and have a chance to grow within a dynamic international consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering or economics.

We are looking for a driven Junior Data Analyst that is passionate about understanding businesses and delivering insight to help solve problems. The ideal candidate is a university graduate in an analytical field (such as Engineering or Economics), with at least 2 years of corporate work experience.

As a Junior Data Analyst & Automation Operations you will have four main tasks:

• Manage automation platforms as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Clean and transform data, calculate useful analysis indicators and build automated reports using PowerBI.
• Carry out ad-hoc and recurring analysis for different projects. This includes writing reports and building presentations for consulting teams as well as clients.

• You are an analytically driven individual - meticulous and inquisitive in your analysis work.
• You are curious about businesses and are motivated to solve problems.
• You are a clear communicator and can explain complex topics to both technical and business teams.
• You are proactive and autonomous when getting work done.
• You understand key marketing and sales business metrics.
• You must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese.

And the hard-skills:

• You know spreadsheets like the palm of your hand;
• You are proficient in building queries in SQL and Python;
• (As a plus) Youhave experience using DAX and building reports in PowerBI.
• (Another plus) You know your way round LLM platforms (ElasticSearch and Open AI).
