Job summary

Team IT is seeking a Junior Cloud Engineer to design and implement cloud-native infrastructure and tooling in Lisbon. You will work hybrid, collaborating with developers to ensure cloud-ready, observable and resilient systems, while contributing to incident resolution and IaC practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with containers, cloud platforms, and automation, with a focus on learning and growing in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud/Platform/DevOps or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of SRE and production operations.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure for modern apps.
• Develop and maintain IaC using engineering practices.
• Build automation and tooling to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure cloud-readiness, observability and resilience.
• Troubleshoot cloud and platform issues; participate in incident resolution.
