Eurofins Scientific in Braga, Portugal, is hiring a Junior Accountant to support Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes. You will handle invoices, supplier queries, and prepare tax-related reports, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with international entities.

The role is full-time with a training period from office for two months. After training, a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualificações

• At least a high school graduate or a current student.
• Willingness to develop in accounting area.
• Experience in accounting.
• Good English skills.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

As a Junior Accountant, you will be involved with:

• Process support: Order to Cash/Procure to Pay/Record to Report
• Processing invoices and other types of expenses, handling supplier queries and payments, clearing of supplier document
• Preparation of reports and analysis (e.g tax documents)
• Ad-hoc tasks
• Ensuring effective cooperation with international entities
• Participation in improvements projects

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or a current student
• Willingness to develop in accounting area
• Experience in accounting
• Good English skills
• Knowledge of Excel
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills (time management, detail-oriented)
• Positive energy and can-do attitude
