Ready to deliver top-notch support in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for Italian-speaking communicators to join our dynamic customer service team in beautiful Lisbon!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear solutions and guidance for account and product-related matters
  • Efficiently resolve issues, build trust, and ensure satisfaction
  • Support and educate customers through excellent communication
  • Share feedback to help us continually improve

Who You Are:

  • Confident using computers and digital tools (MS Office skills a plus)
  • Quick learner, able to adapt smoothly to new systems and processes
  • A positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Available to work full-time onsite in Lisbon, Monday to Saturday, between 07:00-17:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Sundays and one additional day off weekly (rotational)
