WE ARE META is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer (French Speaker) to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid role. The candidate will focus on delivering enterprise-grade applications, with front-end work in Angular and back-end services in Java (11+) using Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Docker-based deployments are essential. The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator (English and French at B2 level) and based in Lisbon, Portugal, ready for a hybrid work

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong mastery of Angular as the frontend framework for enterprise-scale applications.
• Expert-level HTML5, CSS/SASS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Java 11+ with Spring Boot and Hibernate in complex, distributed systems.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL and MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL when needed.
• Git-based collaboration and branching strategies in team environments.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Containerization with Docker.
• Fluency in English (B2) and French (B2).

• +7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Demonstrates strong mastery of Angular as the primary frontend framework for enterprise-scale applications (primary focus on frontend)
• Applies expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and TypeScript
• Experience with Java 11+ with Spring Boot and Hibernate in complex, distributed system environments
• Models and queries relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, with additional familiarity in non-relational database solutions when project needs require it
• Manages source control and collaborative development workflows using Git, following branching strategies suited for team-based consulting environments
• CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Containerizes and deploys applications using Docker
• Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in French (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model (based in Lisbon)
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
