Job summary

Noesis in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an experienced Java/J2EE developer to join a distributed system project. You will develop new requirements and projects, analyze and resolve bugs, and interpret functional analysis to design technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science and at least five years of proven Java/J2EE experience, with solid SQL/NoSQL know-how, SpringBoot, Maven, and familiarity with CI/CD tools and OpenShift.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar required.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, SpringBoot and Maven.
• Experience with JMS, Pulsar, JAXB and JPA valued.
• Familiarity with development and continuous integration tools and OpenShift; cloud-native development a plus.

Profile

• Familiarity with development and continuous integration tools (IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, Tofu) and OpenShift, cloud-native development and MongoDB experience is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
