KCS iT, based in Lisbon, is seeking an experienced JAVA BACKEND Developer with a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment and should possess strong skills in Java, Spring frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Fluent English is required. Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and service integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).

The amazing you, will have:

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks (also Maven or Hibernate).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and service integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – used daily in the work environment.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
