Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide frontline assistance to advertisers and agencies by addressing post-sales requests, customer service inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
- Sales Development: Actively identify new sales opportunities through consistent outreach via phone and email, contributing to growth and expansion of the client base.
- Consultative Selling: Offer tailored solutions aligned with client business goals, using data to make personalized recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with a team of experienced account managers to qualify business leads and increase customer revenue.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and report product feedback from clients to support ongoing improvement of advertising products.
- Utilization of Tools: Use tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce to research, communicate, and sell products.
Training and Development
- Intensive Training Program: 12-day training covering product expertise, customer management, and software utilization.
- On-the-Job Training: Apply learning in practical settings to gain experience and refine skills.
Salary and Compensation Details
- Base Salary with Apartment: Base Salary 760.00; Apartment Benefit-in-kind 200.00; Meal Allowance 154.00; Christmas Allowance 63.33; Holiday Allowance 63.33; Total Package Cash Compensation 1,240.66
- Base Salary without Apartment: Base Salary 1,039.33; Meal Allowance 154.00; Christmas Allowance 86.61; Holiday Allowance 86.61; Total Package Cash Compensation 1,366.55
Additional Signing and Loyalty Bonuses: Signing bonus of 2,000 at contract signature; loyalty bonus 1,000 after 6 months.
