As a Marketing Expert Representative, you will engage with advertisers to optimize their experience, expanding a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction through comprehensive support and effective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide frontline assistance to advertisers and agencies by addressing post-sales requests, customer service inquiries, and resolving technical issues.
  • Sales Development: Actively engage in identifying new sales opportunities through consistent outreach via phone and email, contributing to the growth and expansion of the client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer tailored solutions aligning with client business goals, utilizing data to make personalized recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with a team of experienced account managers to qualify business leads and increase customer revenue.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and report product feedback from clients, contributing to the ongoing improvement of advertising products.
  • Utilization of Tools: Employ various tools, such as MS Excel and Salesforce, to effectively research, communicate, and sell products.
  • Training and Development:
    • Intensive Training Program: Participate in a rigorous 12-day training course covering product expertise, customer management, and software utilization.
    • On-the-Job Training: Apply learning in practical settings to gain experience and refine skills.
Salary and Compensation Details
  • Base Salary with Apartment:
    • Base Salary: 760.00
    • Apartment Benefit-in-kind: 200.00
    • Meal Allowance: 154.00
    • Christmas Allowance: 63.33
    • Holiday Allowance: 63.33
    • Total Package Cash Compensation: 1,240.66
  • Base Salary without Apartment:
    • Base Salary: 1,039.33
    • Meal Allowance: 154.00
    • Christmas Allowance: 86.61
    • Holiday Allowance: 86.61
    • Total Package Cash Compensation: 1,366.55
  • Signing and Loyalty Bonuses: Signing bonus of 2k at contract signature, plus loyalty bonus 1k after 6 months.

Working Conditions
