Job Title: Customer Success Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Success Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience for clients in the Italian market through exceptional service and support. Your enthusiasm for advertising and marketing, along with your ability to communicate effectively, will contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for advertisers via phone, email, and chat, managing inquiries and offering solutions.
  • Customize responses to customer interactions, sometimes using templates to ensure tailored communication.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Offer in-depth product knowledge on advertising studio features.
  • Log technical issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process refunds where necessary.
  • Monitor and address any fraudulent activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer success or support role, preferably with chat application experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Italian (native) and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in advertising and marketing fields.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Training and Development:

  • Comprehensive training program lasting approximately 11 working days (88 hours).
  • Training includes product knowledge, customer management, and service processes, ensuring readiness for independent handling of roles.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Gross Salary:
    • With Accommodation:
      • Base Salary: 760
      • Christmas Allowance: 63.33
      • Holiday Allowance: 63.33
      • Meal Allowance: 154
      • Total Package: 1240.66
    • Without Accommodation:
      • Base Salary: 1039.33
      • Performance Bonuses: Approximately 200
      • Meal Allowance Structure: Same as with accommodation
      • Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1366.55
  • Daily and weekly allowances available.
  • Company-provided furnished accommodation for the first 14 months.
  • Health insurance from the first day.
  • Meal allowances administered via a tax-efficient debit card system.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 40-hour workweek, typically Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Trial Period: An initial one-month trial period to assess performance and fit.

Conveniently located in Lisbon, easily accessible by public transport routes including local bus services.
