CloserHire is seeking Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review videos, posts, and comments to ensure compliance with community guidelines, working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements include native/fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), strong attention to detail, and prior moderation or customer support experience is a plus. Relocation support is provided along with accommodation options.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently.
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments.
• Identify and elevate inappropriate or sensitive content.
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team.
