A global automotive technology leader is hiring an IT Trainee based in Palmela, Portugal. In this role, you will provide helpdesk and user support, assist with installations, and support various production tools. The ideal candidate should be a finalist or recent graduate in Information Technology or a related field, possess good English skills, and have a collaborative mindset. Palmela site looking for a IT (Information Technology) Trainee to be part of our Team!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk, user support;
• Microsoft O365;
• Windows Active directory;
• Cisco Structured Network;
• Support to PC installation;
• Production support, namely in: Thermal printers; workstations; bar code readers; WIFI terminals;
• Supportconfiguration in internal tools, namely: SAP; MII; GIMM Proc.
