The Role

We are looking for a TechTalent to work as an IT Technical support Technician for a national project.

Your Day to Day
  • Provide in-person / face-to-face IT support in a large-scale end-user environment;
  • Deliver both remote and on-site (desk/field) technical support;
  • Follow internal procedures, SLAs, and ticket management systems;
  • Manage warehouse, stock control, logistics, and back-office IT operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting;
  • Understanding of networking and security principles;
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;
  • Microsoft technology proficiency (Windows, M365, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Availability to work 100% on-site.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written & spoken).
