Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, networks, and programming languages (Java, SQL).
• Experience with system analysis tools (UML).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing computer systems, processes, and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose efficiency solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and requirements for system upgrades or modifications.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend their integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and adjust for optimal functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.
