Working closely with engineering, support, and deployment teams, we foster a collaborative environment to support Sensei’s cutting-edge retail technologies.

How Can You Help?

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to keep our infrastructure stable, secure, and user-friendly. You’ll work closely with internal teams across the organization to ensure that our systems run smoothly and processes are respected and adjusted to its needs.

Daily At Sensei, You Will
  • Manage user accounts, access and permissions across company SaaS platforms and internal systems.
  • Install and configure servers, operating systems, network cables, and workstations.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Respond to and manage support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support office network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Maintain and update documentation for internal tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Promote and enforce adherence to IT best practices and cybersecurity policies across the organization.
  • Assist in hardware procurement and manage inventory of IT equipment (e.g., servers, switches, workstations).
You Will Bring To The Table
  • Professional technical training in IT, networking, or systems administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Proficiency in configuring and supporting Linux and Windows.
  • Familiarity with managing SaaS platforms and user provisioning (Google Workspace, Slack, 1password, Jira/Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of networking basics (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, routers/switches).
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and documentation tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware and software.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and a mindset for enforcing secure behaviors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Python) (is a great plus).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) (is a great plus).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA or Cisco (CCNA) are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in configuring and supporting macOS (is a great plus).
