Diconium is seeking an IT Consultant to advise on technical and functional aspects from scoping to go-live, shaping architecture for ecommerce and other sectors. You will contribute to solution design, create software specifications, and sometimes prototype with PoCs, while reviewing code.

You will engage with clients to develop optimal solutions, explore AI-enabled and cloud-focused options, and grow across platforms. English fluency and a hybrid work model are required.

Qualificações

• Shape and align the solution vision with stakeholders; document key decisions and trade-offs.
• Design and evolve end-to-end architecture to meet functional requirements, NFRs, and operational constraints.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, observable, and secure-by-default, with production readiness considered early on.
• Keep architecture principles practical: guide delivery from design to implementation, joining the team hands-on when needed.
• Produce concrete artifacts like diagrams, ADRs, API contracts, readiness checklists, and runbook inputs.
• Evaluate technologies with clear rationale and lifecycle thinking, aligned with the product roadmap.
• Drive reuse-first delivery: promote reusable templates and building blocks across projects.
• Mentor team members and remove impediments between teams to maintain momentum and quality.
• Enthusiasm for agile work and innovative methodologies; strong English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional advice to clients from scoping to go-live and beyond.
• Design technical solutions and system architectures for diverse industries, including ecommerce.
• Model business processes and create software specifications; perform Proof of Concept work and assist with code reviews.
• Contribute to team technical competence and stay updated on new technologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to develop optimal solutions with project teams.
